Design Cost Estimate provided after initial consultation with the following price structure:

Planning Meetings with Client to select color scheme, design theme and surfaces to be altered (flooring, walls, window treatments, furniture, etc.) @ $125/hr.

Designer Independently Sources furniture, wall colors, flooring choices, for Planning Meetings @ $35/hr.

Designer Accompanies Client on outside product selection/procurement @ $75/hr.

Mileage for Jobsites over 25 miles from Irvine, CA (starting with the 26th mile) @ $0.43.mile

Designer Meetings with Laborers for bidding and installation management @ $50/hr.

Plans Drawn for Client Meetings/Contractor instruction @ $150/hr.

Additional Information:

Designer sourcing of product, such as: flooring, window treatments, furniture and decorations pass along a substantial savings to you, often up to 50% off retail. Catalina View Design Services will charge Orange County Sales Tax on your cost of all products.

Contractors and subcontractors provided through Catalina View Design Services will be licensed and bonded and their work warranted through our contract
